Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic interview questions

A phone call with the regional manager as well as the Clinic medical director followed by an invitation for an in person interview at the clinic I currently work. The in person interview was for most of a workday and I got to know a lot of the organization, shadow a physician, eat lunch with other medical providers and get a good feel for the overall culture of the clinic.

Zoom call with the recruiting team. Pretty laid back with one person asking all the questions and taking notes. This was an opportunity for them to get to know the applicant by adding questions but not a real interview the way it sounded.
