Year Here interview questions

CV and specific covering letter - two stage interview. One with one SM member about the company and role and CV, another with two from SMT, with specific scenarios, questions, and then a 45 minute task

1st round interview approx 15-20mins with Fellowship Director or a member of the board for Year Here. Final stage is a selection workshop this takes about 1/2 a day & composes of a final interview which is about 30-40min with a senior member of the programme team.
