Yell Customer Service Representative interview questions

Really good interview process, they were quite thorough in finding out about my background and the previous work I'd done before. Shame they don't still do directories. I wish them well for the future as selling digital solutions with so much competition is hard.

The interview was very good. It was well structured and relaxed at the same time. Some of the questions were pretty challenging but I was well prepared! The interviewers were friendly and warm.
