Interviews was structure. Everything was outlined in terms of what was required. Phone interview, online test, call listening, role play and lastly competency based interview. The interviewers were great. Salli for the phone interview and shelley for the face to face. The interview process is thorough and they make you feel relaxed. Overall good experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Yell (Birmingham, England) in Jan 2019

      Interview

It was very much an interactive process. The recruiter took time to outline the role and give the company profile which enabled me to determine if the company was a right fit for me, while also establishing if I was a right fit for the company. It was an enjoyable process, tough but fair.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yell (Birmingham, England) in Jan 2019

      Interview

The interview process at Yell was definitely an experience that I will not forget. Rather than me feeling nervous, I was made to feel at ease throughout and this really brought out the best in me, allowing me to comfortably display my skill set to the interviewer. Throughout each stage, I was immediately given constructive feedback. I was then given the chance to take on the feedback and really use it to my potential in the next stages to the interview. The process started off with a link to an online video interview, this meant I could do it at a time that suited me, and in a comfortable environment that really aided in my approach to the questions and my answers. Following from this, I received a 30 minute phone interview along with a GIA and personality assessment. All three were good experiences. The GIA assessment was slightly tricky but also fun at the same time. The final stage interview was 3 hours long, although this sounds long for an interview, there are three elements to it. The first hour consists of listening into calls, this gives you a real feel to what the job consists of. The second hour is taken up with a scenario and roleplays. and finally the third, is a 1:1 interview, going through past experiences and key skills that you will bring to the business. I thoroughly enjoyed the final stage, hence why I said at the beginning, this was a memorable and benefiting interview.
