I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Yell (Manchester, England)
Interview
1 stage interview. Interviewer was very friendly and made me feel at ease. It felt more like a discussion around PPC rather than an interview. I was asked a variety of competency-based & general interview questions and was allowed to ask questions at the end.

Question 1
Over the last 12 months, tell me about a Google update that you’ve found positive?
What would you like to be remembered for?
What is your opinion on enhanced conversions?
The interview was via teams and sadly I had conectivity issues, but we got there in the end and they could see me but I couldnt see them, my fault for not having the right tools needed. Great questions and really friendly, made me feel at ease. In general I was asked about my PPC management experience and skills and my preferred strategies including bidding and automation.

Interview
A one-stage interview process that was arranged via a recruitment agency. The interview took place via zoom call with two existing employees of the company present. A mix of technical PPC questions and personal (informal) questions were asked. The interview in general was relaxed and the interviewers were friendly and asked questions relevant to the role.
