Two part in-person interview with management/ top management.
First part: Deals with basic technical questions/skills and in some way organizational questions/skills.
Second part: Deals with behavioural aspects and scenarios. Some of the questions asked were:
- How old are you?
- Are you a "job hopper"?
- What do you think of AI?
- Do you have any children?
- Describe your best friend?
- If you had a misunderstanding with a colleague would you talk to them first or management?
- What languages do you speak?
Overall rating would be 1 out of 5. The only reason I would give the one star is because the first part of interview started on time. In addition, to some of the questions above there were a few comments that left me puzzled. I waited till the end and asked 0 questions. Which was a way of me saying - Thank you for your time but I would never consider being part of this team.
