First, we are so disappointed that your experience with us with anything less than exceptional. Secondly, we actually only have one recruiter here and can confirm the interview started 4 mins late due to connectivity issues (which were communicated via email during those 4 mins and apologized for at the beginning of the call). We've come along way with Zoom and Google Meet but do run into challenges every now and then. We may have over-rotated on the telling you about the company and job. That's usually what we jump into when the candidate doesn't seem to have done much research on us... our apologies if that wasn't the case. We always use the first call as more of a discovery meeting than a deep-dive to make sure that candidates are aware of what actual day-to-day will entail (especially when we're talking about a contract role for example). But, upon reflection of your experience we have decided to try out a few new questions as part of our discovery process. We take all reviews very seriously so thank you for sharing your experience with us.
