I applied through Indeed. Within a day, I received a message that contained several questions for me to answer about my experience and availability. Shortly after I replied with my answers, I received a message thanking me for my prompt and detailed response. A Zoom interview was requested for the next morning, which I agreed to. The Zoom interview was the most unprofessional and uncomfortable I've ever experienced. The interviewer did not even introduce herself, and she only asked me to confirm my availability. She then said that they didn't have any regular positions left to fill, only substitute positions. I found that surprising based on our communication prior to the interview. She then asked me to type my email address in the chat box (???). I couldn't imagine why I was being asked to do that, but I did so, hoping that was the end of the interview, and it was. I am certain I was well-qualified for the position, so ultimately I felt superficially judged because I do not fit into the demographic they appear to hire. (I can see from their website that they primarily hire White & Asian 20-something females.) I am rating the interview difficulty as "easy" since there were no challenging questions, but it would be a stretch even to call it an interview.
