Interview
I applied through a recruiter, who got me the first stage interview with HR. The interview consisted of 30 minutes of tests (IQ style and proofreading, following previous tests online the week before) and then an hour long biographical interview. The interviewer first asked me to describe myself, why I would fit the role, and then went through my CV chronologically in an informal chat.
The second interview was a more formal competency based one.

Simple, structured and well-organised. A short intro call, an interview with future colleagues and a case study exercise that simulates a typical task for the role. Enjoyed the tour of the office and meeting some new faces!
