Your Other Half interview questions

This interview process took months. First I applied on indeed then a recruiter reached out for me for an initial interview, then I had to do a 3 hour unpaid work challenge, then after hearing back from them after a month I met with the CEO for an interview then I had a panel interview. The role was posted on indeed for 25 an hour but I was offer less than 20 an hour…. Waste of my time.

5 step interview process just for a part time assistant position - phone interview, CEO Zoom interview, “2 hour” paid assignment (which actually takes more than 2 hours if you want to do it right but they only pay for 2 hours), panel Zoom interview and interview with CEO for a second time. It’s ridiculously time consuming for the level of position. I stopped after the panel interview.
