Interview
The interview was straight-forward. They asked regarding the educational & career history, previous job description, and explaining about the role & responsibility. Since my Chinese Mandarin was not quite good. I'm answering with English. Overall the interview process only takes 15-20 minutes. The interview are divided into 2 section, the first section with HR (Indonesian speaking) and second section with the Manager (Chinese/English speaking).
