ZGM Modern Marketing Partners interview questions

Took 2 weeks from when I applied to hear back and have in-person interview. Felt interview went decently well and was told process would take a few weeks. I didn't hear anything so followed up 3 weeks after interview to find out I didn't get it. Not sure if they would've updated me if I didn't poke.
