I applied through the website and was invited to a 15-minute interview. The interview was mainly behavioural, with straightforward questions like why I wanted to work at ZURU. At the start, they gave a very detailed explanation of what the team does, which was helpful; however, it ended up covering most of the questions I had prepared. Because of that, it was a bit challenging to ask additional questions in a way that still demonstrated strong interest. The response time after the interview was around 2.5 to 3 weeks, which felt relatively long. The feedback at the end was also very generic, and I felt like I had already covered most of the points they mentioned in my responses.
