Pros
You can really do anything, they are open to you being creative and applying that. If you are prepared to work hard and put in the hours then you will do really well there. If you want to grow and learn its great, if you want a work life balance, definitely not
Cons
The turnover rate is so high because of the workload. And the high turnover means a lot of the time plans don't come into fruition, team goals drastically change and brand narratives don't stay consistent because of the frequent leadership changes.
