I was contacted by a recruiter and together we agreed a day and time for an online interview. The interview was held together with the recruiter and the team leader for the department. The experience was good and very nice people. All though I always find it difficult with online interviews since it is sometimes very hard to show your personality through. But I guess I need to practice more.
