I applied online, and received first Recruiter interview call after 15 days. HR interview was pretty straightforward - Tell me about yourself, Why Zalando, motivation, Tell me about Zalando. Next round intimation was quick, which was with the hiring manager. Interview with hiring manager via Skype was focused on past work experience and fit with the role. After this round, I was intimated that I have been invited for the final round - which has 3 interviews. These interviews were focused on Product skills, Analytical skills and stakeholder management. The process was pretty smooth till now. After the final round, I was being told that there is one more interview (without telling the reason why there is another interview after the final round). This interview was also Product interview. Post this, there was no communication from the company for 1 month. I received rejection after 1 month of last interview, stating that I lack the required PM knowledge/skills for this role. When I asked why did it take the company 1 month to come up with this conclusion, the HR did not have any answer.
