Applied via employee referral. Process is simple: An online test than no response for 1 month, than the HR wakes up from hibernation and schedules a call with one of the engineer. This is followed by 1 month of hibernation again after which they'll schedule back to back 3-5 rounds of 45 mins each. This is again followed by hibernation. The difficult level is very easy.
Just an advise for people looking to interview with zalando: Please be prepared to not hear from HR even when you're selected. Rejecting the offer only because the HR is unresponsive.
