I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Zalando in July 2020
Interview
7-8 1hr interviews, with hiring manager and then round robin with technical and product team to deep dive into your experience. Very close to the google approach of meeting with lots of the people that you would be working with or working in the same area to discuss your experience and understand how you solve problems. I came away from this will a really positive view of Zalando, everyone was very respectful and talented, and the hiring manager was very genuine and clear on what was needed from the successful applicant.
