My recruitment process took around a month (and I got only to the second stage). 2 weeks after my application I got invited for the short phone interview with HR person, to go together through my curriculum, skillset and budget expectations. Then, around 1 week later, I got invited for the video interview with both - HR and Marketing representatives. My interview was divided into 2 sections - HR questions and marketing questions, interviewers were calm and kind, all questions were referring to my previous positions or skills mentioned in CV / job ad. After 1-2 weeks I got an info that unfortunately I didn't pass to the next stage. I didn't get any specific feedback. Still, I consider this experience as positive.
