Drop off my resume directly at a store and the manager told me to join a group interview later that day. The group interview was held with two managers and 10 other candidates. I could feel a pressure to raise hand immediately after the manager asked questions as your answer might be same as others for some simple questions.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
