it's very laid back. you apply via a short form they have in-store, and they typically interview you on the spot - sit you down at a cafe table and ask you about your background
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
