Recruiter reached out and set up a call with my first interviewer. It was about 45 minutes long. Then I was told I was going to have a second interview with someone else. The second interview was about an hour long. I was told they would let me know if I made it to a third round but they ghosted me. I reached out to the recruiter multiple times and she ignored me. I also reached out to the hiring managers and nothing. All I wanted was an update. If I wasn't selected then they should have told me they went with someone else or thanked me for my time. Nothing! It was really unprofessional.
