I applied online. I interviewed at Zara (Chadstone)
Interview
30-minute group interview conducted via Teams. Everyone took turns introducing themselves and their relevant experience. The session was mainly for HR to explain the roles and responsibilities. You get to choose whether to be full-time or casual, no part-time option.
I applied for a sales assistant role on the Zara / Inditex website; after completing their online virtual interview, I was invited to a group interview in London along with 15-20 others. We took part in various group challenges, like spending 5 minutes talking to the person next to us before introducing them to the group, identifying which photoshoot images belonged to which Inditex brand and styling a celebrity using items from their online stores. After passing the group interview, you are still not offered a job - just added to a 'talent pool', pending any available roles. I found the whole process bordering on exploitative.

Question 1
What would you do if you saw a senior colleague taking security tags off items without permission?
Very friendly and personable throughout the whole process - comprised of fairly basic interview questions such as "provide a past example of excellent customer service that you have provided," etc. Worth noting that the interviews are carried out in a group setting
