I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zearn in June 2022
Interview
Five interviews! Direct supervisor, supervisor's supervisor, HR, someone from legal, and a member of the executive leadership team. All done over Zoom. Able to schedule them relatively close together, so didn't take as much time as I'd feared.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zearn (Elmhurst, IL) in Nov 2024
Interview
First, a normal interview where they went over my resume with a bunch of questions. Then a take on task with a 2 hour exam to test my skills. Then another interview with the translation team where they asked more questions about my translation experience. Then complete silence for a whole week. I emailed them to see what was going on and they told me they chose someone else. Very unprofessional to go through 3 steps in the hiring process and then ghost me.

Interview
I applied online in late June and heard back fairly quickly about setting up a recruiter screening the following week. The screening went well and I was given 3 days to complete a simple task which I did. I was told I'd hear back the very next week and didn't. I inquired about my standing and was told that the hiring team was interested but had 2 people out for the week and wouldn't be able to get to my application till the following week. I waited another week and inquired again because I hadn't been told anything. Again was told that 2 people were out, they were still interested in my application, and it would take another week to be reviewed. I waited another week and inquired again because I was not being contacted. I was then sent an email almost a month and a half later after again needing to inquire about my standing and was told that it was reviewed the day before and that I wouldn't be moving further in the process. They stated I could request feed back which I did. I then got a very awkward and frankly uncomfortable email about how they actually don't offer feedback but how the recruiter hoped to cross paths again with me in the future.
