It was very thorough. Multiple phone interviews, plus 3 onsite interviews, including travel. The initial process is a phone interview with HR, followed by a phone interview with the Hiring Manager and a team member. Next was an onsite with team members (in my case 2), finishing with an onsite with the Hiring manager.
