Began with a phone screen with HR. Then had 2 more phone interviews and 2 in person interviews. Ultimately met with 6 different people. Everyone was extremely friendly. In between interviews contact was continuous through email.

The hiring process was straight forward with solid communication on next steps. The interviews were enjoyable and felt genuine. You could feel the energy and excitement from everyone I spoke with. The process really made me excited to join the company and contribute to the growth.

The interview process was very lengthy. There were 5 separate interviews with Directors and VPs and President/CEO. Seemed to want industry experience over capability and high capacity candidates. This was a backfill position after last 2 people in the role churned out.
