I interviewed with Zelle last month.I was screened by the recruiter for the position of a scrum master . I had all my qualifications aligned with the JD and she seemed to be convinced with the walkthrough of projects I had given. The recruiter later said she will forward the resume to hiring manager. I followed up a couple of times and finally got a response that they are proceeding with a different candidate . I am not sure how they make such decisions without interviewing all the eligible candidates. My resume would pretty hit the screen at 98 %. It was a displeasure to have applied to them.
