Long and unnecessary literally designed to stress you for no reason. An aptitude test video and all that jazz for a job that doesn't pay as much. It's so bogus.

You apply online then answer a number of technical, behavioural and logical questions on their online platform with video camera on for recording responses. Once that is done you proceed to the next stage which is a physical interview with a panel. The only downside here was the unstructured nature of the interview. The panel lead who was the CTO randomised questions like an interrogation as opposed to a technical conversation, that and as well as poor communication, they never even got back to me about the interview outcome, very unprofessional
