Zettle Customer Engagement Operations Manager, São Paulo interview questions

After applying online I received a phone call asking to come for an interview. The interview was very nice and it was done with 2 interviewers. They asked about me and my expectations and explained about the position. No pain points. Unfortunately, the very next day I received an email saying that they would not proceed with my profile, which was extremely surprising for me as I have all the background/expertise required for the position. No feedback provided, so I still don't know exactly why I was not selected. I believe they should have been more transparent during the interview.
