Interview Experience The process began with an online interview, followed by an on-site interview in Berlin—both conducted by a manager. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the company was disappointing due to unprofessionalism and poor communication. Negative Aspects Lack of Reimbursement & Poor Communication The company did not cover travel expenses for the on-site interview. Additionally, HR was unresponsive when I asked about the interview duration—I had to follow up twice just to receive an estimate (60 minutes), which turned out to be inaccurate (actual duration: 90 minutes). Rescinded Offer After Negotiation I received an offer with a salary significantly below my expectations. When I attempted to negotiate, the HR representative went silent. After a follow-up, I was informed that the position had been given to another candidate. This lack of transparency and respect for candidates was highly disappointing.
