If Daniel wants to "hire" you the interview will have place in any fancy place around like Soho, or monkey bar, just to impress newbies. If you are simply invited to a kitchen interview he is not interested in your skills, you will stay 2-3 months and probably he will never pay a penny for your work. He will postpone and rearrange the meeting 5-6 times. Any person with self respect will not stand this, so once you attend to the interview he is sure you are desperate and you will accept anything.

very confused director, he wrote to me to have an interview at a fixed day at an hour and he didn't show up, i tried to call him, wrote emails and even leave some messagges, at the end i went to his studio and naturally he wasn't there, his interns called him but naturally he didn't show up, i waited 2 hours in the office... at the end he offered me a sort of freelance collaboration and i decided to accept but nothing won't concretize at the end, he disappeared as smoke and never answer to my messagges unprofessional, liar and disrespectful person i was lucky to not get involve in this working place at the end....
