Interview
The interview process was much better than many other group assessment and individual assessments I have attended. The tasks seemed to be very tailored to the business e.g. case studies relevant to the industry, questions focused on the values of the company and how you demonstrate them in your everyday life
Multiple case studies
First it was a 5 question hireview then there was a 2 hour case going over mental math, market knowledge and hypothetical scenarios. Overall it was really easy and simple.
first round is a hireview and the second round is a technical interview. the hireview has 5 standard behavioral questions, while the technical a way for them to see how you think.
fine, just take your time. the virtual interview was pretty straightforward and had a timer for every question along with some extra time to prepare. It was mainly behavioural questions and asking theoretical situations and experiences from past jobs.
