It was a competency and technical based interview. first 3 questions on competency and last 2 on technical. it lasted for 1.5 hours and consisted of HR and line manager.

Highly process oriented. Same very long behavioral process. They interview in panel format and is quite stale. They seem to assume everyone wants to work for them versus trying to sell you on the position

Interview
Required to fill out an application online that included specific questions regardless related work experiences. that met the requirements of the position. Contacted by the recruiter and participated in a 30 minute phone screen. By the end of the day, was contacted to schedule a face to face interview by the Recruitment Coordinator. The interview was a panel interview with behavioral questions. Very little time left to ask questions but it was allowed.
