Interview
Very brief and straightforward phone interview, more just arranging face to face.
Face to face was short and simple: small presentation, an exercise to see how well I got to grips with a new piece of software, and then basically job offer.
I imagine this would vary a lot depending on the interviewer.

Had to give a 5 minute presentation on a topic of my choice, which I had not been told to prepare for.
