The process with BP is done through Hirevue service kind of like skype. You hear a voice recording of the question and you have two attempts of 3 mins to answer the question.

Interview
First, I met with the HR department for an orientation about the internship. Then, I was taken to the department to be interviewed by the operations supervisor to determine my eligibility for the position.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at bp (Houston, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
Extremely professional, solid, straight to the point interview. Interviewer was pleasant and ensured that the interviewee was comfortable. Questions were appropriate and diverse allowing for the interviewer to get an all-round scope of the interviewee. Follow up interview included questions of situational / out of the box nature allowing the interviewer to get an idea of the critical thinking abilities of the interviewee.
