Interview
The initial application process was your standard online application process (upload CV/resume, cover letter, transcripts). I was contacted less than a week after the submission deadline for a face-to-face panel interview. An information session was also held prior to the interview day and served as a sort of meet-and-greet for the candidates and the interviewers. The interview itself had three main divisions: a warm-up "tell me about yourself", then behavioural-based questions, and then an overview of my academics and a walk-through of my CV. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, a lot of which I am sure is attributable to the very personable recruiter.
5 competency-based questions. Why bp? Why this role? Describe a time when your ethics are challenged and how you deal with conflicts. Each question lasted for 3 mins, and you'll have 1 minute for preparation,
Video Interview, 5 questions, why BP, why this role, and 3 describe a time you had to work with a team / had a conflict of interest. 3 minutes per question, one try, and 2 minutes to prepare. First applied through the website and had to pass an online SJT & Aptitude test.

Describe a time you had to lead a team and there was a conflict of interest.
Very kind and friendly interviewers, relevant questions but lack of time in terms of answering the questions, Talking about engineering in other branches the condition could be different. Overall, one of the best interview experiences.
