2 part interview. 1st is question based online (5 questions, you get two minutes to record yourself giving the answers, you receive 2 tries. 2nd part is Microsoft teams group interview with two performance managers and the hiring manager.
Primo colloquio con HR e secondo con Plant manager. Durante il secondo colloquio visita al plant. Ultimo colloquio per definire stipendio e pacchetto benefit. I colloqui erano molto rilassati ma abbastanza lunghi.

Interview
I got a message over LinkedIn from the recruiter about the role. I applied for it and got a call from the recruiter asking about my experience and discussing the role. I got invited for the first interview .This was a mixture of technical , behavioural and motivational questions.I got feedback after about 2-3 days that I had passed this stage and was invited to the office to have another interview with the VP of HSSE.This second interview was more about getting to know you and your motivations. Unfortunately I did not succeed in this stage. I followed up with the recruiter and got feedback after a week.
