I had a friendly HR interview in English. My salary expectation exceeded their budget, so they sent a rejection two weeks later. The interview process was smooth and professional. Despite the outcome, I appreciated the clear communication.

Interview has two stages. First, I had 15-minute phone call with hr to test english level. Besides english test, I got questions about salary expectation, technologies that I use in my projects and other informations about my cv. If you pass the english, they will invite you to make face to face interview. Second, I had face to face interview with hr and heads of dev team. This stage has 3 steps; IT questions, hands-on programming questions and database questions. IT questions part is english also. If you pass this stage, you will get an offer. This whole process took only 2 weeks. I got an offer but salary was way below my expectations. They try to make an offer even if it's not related with candidate's expectations. Its a small company, people are nice and kind. I would work if the salary is good.
