Interview
Interview process was all over the place.
The company had no structure, having me talk to almost half the employees in the company. I spent about 10 hours on meetings with seven people. That included a live coding exercise, plus a "1-2 hour" homework exercise (which actually took 10 hours to meet the criteria, as it always does).
Then after 20 hours of interviews and exercises, everything was going well, and suddenly they decided out of the blue not to move forward.
