- Online meeting with 3rd third-party headhunter
- Meeting with company HR
- Technical meeting (not coding), deep conversation about technical stuff (with coding involved actually)
The last interview was strange, to say the least. Interviewers were very distant and cold. The first part of the interview was answering direct technical questions, which felt like a checklist questionnaire without much feedback from the interviewer. The second part of the interview was coding on the HackerRank platform. While I was coding, I explained my thought process and asked a couple of questions to address ambiguities. The feedback during this part was almost null. I finished the coding part, and I asked some questions about the company, but since we were at the end of the meeting, there was not much time for that. Their feedback was that my technical skills were good, but there was a lack of interest from my side, which came as a surprise to me. I believe there is probably another hidden reason for this outcome.
