Applied for an Account Manager role at Carbmee and honestly left the process feeling insulted. The interview felt less like a conversation and more like being talked down to. I was interrupted multiple times, and some of the comments came across as condescending and unnecessarily sharp. Challenging candidates is fine, but this crossed the line into disrespect. At one point it genuinely felt like the goal was to catch me off guard rather than understand my experience. There was little effort to create a professional or even basic respectful atmosphere. Big red flag for culture.
