Applied online. Few days later, had a phone interview. From there was offered an in person interview. In person interview easy. Felt very comfortable. The person interviewing me was very nice. Got to meet the Site Director afterwards, he as well was very nice.

1 call interview and 1 skype interview and 1 practical test. The test was about email drafting and some travel suggestions to customers. It is not difficult. The test was after all interviews

First Telephone interview ask about why and what you like about being a travel consultant. Ask about what you think about learning computing system, GDS - coded system. Then face to face interview - simple competency questions
