Very difficult and complete. There is no room to hide. The interview focuses on previous experience, and expectations, and past statements are tested in order to assess integrity. One is tested through the Mc Quaig and various IQ tests, as well as an onboarding process that resembles bootcamp

More about character than anything else. The interviewer really helped me open up and really dissected my CV. come prepared for this. a few industry questions as well. not too rigorous but not really laid back as well
