Interview
I applied online, if successful you're emailed details to watch a webinar which gives information about the programme and the process for applying. If you then express an interest to continue with your application you'll be contacted by Offshore Recruitment Services for a face-to-face interview meeting in Birmingham. As part of this interview you'll be completing a simple literacy, mathematics and psychometric test. If successful in the face-to-face interview you'll be invited to join the next training course.

Interview
The process took about a week.TThere was a recorded interview process with about 10 questions. Next, there where two Zoom calls. One was a company presentation and opportunity for queries and one an actual interview. During that time they asked no CV or other info but my name and email. The next stage was a week long training and assesment process, over Zoom, that was of low to medium degree difficulty. Results were shared the week after that.
