Started off with video submission and then an initial phone interview for 30 minutes Two rounds of in-person interviews. One with the Wealth Consultant and then Area Manager. Interviews were physical at their office premises.

2 stage interview- first step is being contacted by a recruitment officer. If you pass you talk to the head of the country/division. overall it was a good process and they get you through it quickly.
