The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening. They then contacted me to schedule a HR phone interview. One day before this call, I was emailed to say they had made a mistake, it was actually an onsite interview with a manager and senior analyst. This was very short notice and a very different interview in terms of preparation, but I agreed. At the onsite interview they asked about my background, CV etc. and also asked me to do an SQL test. This was frustrating since after the initial confusion, I specifically asked what the format of the interview would be and this test was not mentioned. In the next round, I was told there would be an SQL test. This of course was not the case since I had already completed it. The interview (2 hours) actually consisted of: - another interview with the manager and different member of the team - a presentation (10-15 mins) which you prepare in advance - a section where they give you half an hour to look at some data and then ask your opinion on a question (no real right or wrong answer here) - a section where they ask you how you would approach various client problems they have faced (high level) I was not offered a job but I was disappointed with the miscommunication throughout the interview process. I also found HR quite unresponsive throughout so it was difficult to schedule interviews/get feedback etc.
