I was supposed to receive a call for screening round at 11:00 am which i received at 11:08. They confirmed in the e-mail that the call would come from a recruiter in Germany because i applied in Berlin but the call came for UK which isn't a problem but the recruiter seemed very uninterested, he just asked me tell me about yourself and NOTHING Else, i asked him if he want to ask any other question because it was awkward and unusual to ask about CV, and when the candidate is finished telling, you don't even one question to ask, neither he asked me if i have anything to ask him. I could sense from his attitude that he was just hearing my CV and not listening because of disinterest from the very first moment he called up. Within one hour i got an e-mail telling me that WE WOULD PROCEED WITH OTHER CANDIDATES. Like really? without even asking me anything, how can you judge? If they already had someone on their mind, then don't invite candidates to the interview. Terrible experience.
