Interview
First a phone interview by HR (from the US, who was unable to make the international call, so I had to call her), then IQ (numerical reasoning) test, followed by a skype presentation for which I had to prepare a slide show (so no take home challenge, a vague case study without actual numbers, data or analyis). While they promised to get back to me during the personal skype interview with the presentation regardless the outcome, I have never heard back from them.
It sounds like you had a thorough and focused interview process, with three rounds specifically testing your coding and data structures knowledge. This level of assessment is great for evaluating technical skills comprehensively. How did you find the experience overall?
3 rounds of interview and easy to medium level. First round is online test based on coding. Second is interview with senior data scientists and third round is interview with director of department. And then HR round.

In both interviews relevant questions were asked related to ML and a case study based on customer targeting was provided to get an idea of overall logical thinking
