I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at e-Builder in Aug 2014
Interview
Was asked to interview for a software developer role and was told multiple times they were hiring for several positions/different teams. Initially spoke with recruiter who felt it was a good fit. I then spoke with HR representative and had a positive phone conversation. She indicated to recruiter I was 'the BEST' they had so far and to come in for an in-person interview the following week. Interview was long - about 3 hours and consisted of meeting the department manager, a team leader, (interestingly the one team they were NOT hiring for) and then again with the HR rep. A logic/skills test was given for about 1/2 hour during this time.
I was told again during the interview I seemed to be a good fit for X team and HR seemed again very positive and ready to move forward. I thanked everyone and tried to look past a few alarms - from other people who warned me not to entertain them and heard horror stories from past employees and the fact that I was interviewed in an isolated conference room completely around the building from IT - never saw department to get an idea of culture, other co-workers, etc. Got back to recruiter - said it SEEMED to have gone great. He later confirmed I "knocked it out of the park" and had a 99.9% chance of getting the job. Guess what? That .1% happened and they allocated the $ to another department after making me wait another day. (Was supposed to know next AM, then it was end of the day, etc.) I knew something was off and... Whether they did take the position away or just gave it to someone cheaper - who knows. I know I am better off not being with a company that strings you along until it's no longer convenient. I am not sure how culpable the recruiter is - the reps AT THE COMPANY did say there were multiple positions DURING my interview, so either someone decided that night to close the purse strings OR found someone with less experience to work cheaper... Who knows?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I would say their logic test is a bit challenging. They do ask for lots of examples of when you worked with X, etc.

Interview
The interview process was very fast and professional. I was contacted by an external recruiter, then I had a technical phone interview. They brought me onsite for an additional technical and cultural interviews. All within a week. The most efficient process I have been.
