3 Technical round. 1- To be taken by e-Labs employee. In depth technical discussion and 1 coding test. 2- Client round. This will be technical including coding test and question will be advance level. 3- Again client technical round taken by client and here 3-4 coding question will be asked.
The worst thing is they will be always in hurry. Morning 10:30 they will call and ask to join interview at 11 (My 2nd round). Again after clearing 2nd round, they asked to join at 3:00 PM for 3rd round. HR don't have any idea what will be there in 3rd round. Either this is technical, or managerial. So I joined thinking this will be techno managerial, but this was full coding round. That day I cancelled my other companies interviews because everything was moving fast and I was clearing the rounds. But after clearing 3rd round, they told HR discussion will be done by tomorrow. But that tomorrow never came. Today 25 days completed and now HR is suggesting me to look for other opportunity because client is taking time to start onboarding process. I don't know what process they are following. If you are not clear about the project and client, then why you are wasting our time. At the time of interview, you are forcing candidate to join at your preferred time and asking candidate to cancel other interviews and after clearing the interview you are not moving to onboarding.
Worst management and no clear vision. I will suggest please please don't waste your time here. They don't have client and project.
